Is the Jobs Manager broken for anyone else?

This morning I had a daily task to send 5 kids somewhere (forget where) for 3 donuts. So, the first thing I do is free everyone from the She-She Lounge so I can get all of them out of the way first. Next, I went to the job manager to send them all back for another 4 hours at the She-She, and I couldn't send a single one! Mind you, no children can be sent to the She-She. They are all adults and assorted creatures. I had to send all of them one at a time. I don't remember a specific group of characters, in this case kids affect sending other characters through the job manager. Luckily, the daily task for the kids was only 1 hour and the job manager is working correctly again.
