Are you on IOS? If yes, IOS lies about free space/ make 10-15 gbs of space, clear history of spotify and safari if you use them and reboot device. try again.
Thanks, sorry for not replying. After a couple of days the game unloaded itself and reloading it let me back in, though it now seems to unload on a daily basis!
again you need more free space
and if you are on IOS make sure offload apps is turned off
