Is UBO Worth it?
It's from my favorite episode ever so it was worth it for me. Some of his tasks (read most of his very few tasks) are inside but 'Bring you Love' is my favorite. He's just wandering around town cluele...

Tbh when it comes to completing this event, I think strategy plays a bigger role than time.
I work and I study at university, yet I was able to get all prizes for all three phases with 4-5 days to spare, plus I've been able to craft the queen, hugo, grand pumpkin, 2 pumpkin houses, 2 spooky houses, 2 huts, and a ton of bushes, spooky walls and test tubes (like at least 10 for each and 20+ walls)
I honestly don't believe I completed the event because of the amount of time I spent. I'd log in maybe 6 or 7 times a day, 3 times of trick or treating, and 3-4 to squish rigellians and do one round of neighbors.
It's all about how you use your time spent online. Login, then let the screen stay on your landing space for 1-2 minutes so all the rigellians come to you and squish them all at once. Repeat this (I'd prepare dinner and do other things in the background) to make sure all the rigellians get squished.
Remember when your kids are done trick or treating so you can quickly set them to a new cycle and get 3 cycles a day.
It's not so much about logging in a lot and spending a lot of time on the game. Cause once the kids are trick or treating and all the rigellians are squished, there's no point staying online. Rather, it's all about how you spend the time online and what strategies you use and how structured you are in your progress.
Your strategies are all dependent on having the ability to log in. If someone doesn't have the ability to log in they can't do those things. That's the whole point. If I'm at work I can't log in and do anything you suggested.
You wake up in the morning, that's 1 login (6-7 am)
Arrive at work, that's 2. (8 am)
Break at work, that's 3. (12 pm)
After work, 4. (4 pm)
Arriving home, 5. (5-6 pm)
Later that evening, 6 (9-10 pm)
One last time before sleep, 7 (11-12 am)
When I'm at work I work. I don't play games at work.
But that's not the point. You say that it's not about how often you play, but that it's about strategy. There's no real strategy. The more often you log in, the more often you can collect. Waiting a second for them to come to the landing spot is hardly a strategy.
The schedule I proposed does not indicate you should play during work hours.
Waiting a minute for the rigellians to come to you makes you not miss any plus you don't need to be actively playing. Just leave your phone alone for a minute. Getting 5-6 extra rigellians that you would otherwise have missed every session makes for a huge gain in the bigger picture. Ao while it's not a comprehensive strategy, it's still a strategy that makes a difference in the long run.
Sorry I was confused. I thought there were times on your list that said "at work".
Yes, as in you arrive 10 min before your shift and then use 2 min to check your Springfield and so on.
Yeah my job doesn't work like that. There's no "before my shift" or "break". When I'm in my office I'm working, because I'm busy. I play games before and after work.
Well that's unfortunate then. The vast majority of workplaces use a system where you clock in your shift into the database when you arrive. I guess you're just out of luck then when it comes to events.
I don't have a "shift" and I don't "clock in". I'm a salaried employee. But when I get into my office I have too much going on to play a game. I typically have no problem with events and am on track to finish this one up and get my UBO.
I'm sorry but... What's your point then?
I never complained about time. You can read the thread and see. The only thing I said to you was that your comment that it was about "strategy" not "time played" didn't make any sense because there's no strategy. You just have to tap as much as your schedule permits you to.
The entire thread is about not being able to tap as much as needed because of work and school.
I argued that the getting all the prizes does not depend on the amount of time you have available for the game.
You disagreed on that and said that you can't play during your work.
Now you're telling me that even though you can't play during your work, you're still able to get all the prizes unlike the person who created the thread, which leads me to believe that even though you both have restrictions when it comes to the amount of time you have available for the game, one of you is able to get all the prizes while the other isn't, which leads me to believe that you have been playing this event differently from the other person which proves my point that applying a different strategy to the gameplay gives you a bigger chance of getting all the prizes.
