I heard he got a job with Bart think it's a 12h job not sure tho not got him yet :D

- Got him last night. I have had around 98, 99 friends the whole time and got a reasonable amount of graffiti. I didn't speed it up. I am irritated because I skipped Bart in the locator so he could ride Stampy and I must have clicked on him again not noticing and sent him to church. :(

That's a 24hr home task not 12hr.
