I hear ya! The struggle is real.

I have been trying to keep at least one of everything on the ground, but any duplicates i had strictly for the bonus increase, have been eliminated IF they are <2%. I’ve also eliminated most duplicate tennis courts that aren’t part of a design. I’ve still got a lot of hidden wailing walls. I’ve eliminated every solo pine tree and replaced with the 3 & 4 count grouped trees. No more parking meters, manholes, streetlights, or hydrants. Staying under the limit is hard work!
