Item limit needs a serious boost

Problem is too many do not design w much style or intent. Many of my neighbors have a mess where every building is surrounded by streets, which ive never seen in real life. But moreso, making town building fun may not increase profits enough, vs the expense to code better town building features.

Id love to know what they think and why tho. But I have little hope for improvement here.
