Its getting a little dull isnt it?
I imagine it is quite dull for the people having problems. Stuck on 23 is a silly problem. Most games have a level cap. Be grateful you have content updates to look forward to and the cap isn't 20.

A night with Patty and Selma wouldn't be dull. It would be disturbing, disgusting, and incite feelings of nausea for months afterwards, but none of that constitutes 'dull'.
