Hi Stacy :D yeah the next bit after "make criminals serve time" is "make youth serve time"... I am guessing at 20.

It was actually nice to see Premium Characters like Hank Scorpio and Professor Frink allowed to take part in the storyline for once!

The count for me is 21 in the Hoosegow.

Are lenny and carl included? I kept them on ticket duty in kl along with cbg and krusty.
