Jasper, Manjula, Uter or Disco Stu?
Jasper is voiced and has pretty funny animations. I recommend you to buy him, but it is yoir choice!

Who do you like more as a character?
I'm going to stick up for Manjula. She completes Apu's family, the apartment adds to Indolence. She's pretty to watch walk around town because her clothes are that rich color. She adds women to the town.
HOWEVER
It seems like Jasper would not be bad. The Community Center adds to Obedience, he's voiced, he has three cool visuals (Lollipop Song; Paddling; Take Wrong Meds). You have his Stonecutter robes.
It seems like the lean is towards Jasper.
Disco Stu is not a great buy in my opinion. He's expensive and what little he adds to the game is not particularly worth it. Only get Disco Stu if you like him as a character (which I do, yet I still don't think he's worth it).
