Just reached the cash limit. Righteousness took a dive.

So my game just hit the cash limit for the first time. I noticed right away that my meter dropped from 5 to 4 stars. I checked it out, and my righteousness rating went from 5 to less than 1. I can’t f...

I have no clue. My righteousness hasn’t dropped in forever. I HAVE been seeing friends graffiti my town recently (it’s been a long time), so maybe it triggered something? But my town is graffiti free, so who knows.
