When I had my righteousness go down to 0.5 stars (possibly due to the fact that my buildings get vandalized ~4x a day...), I bought training walls until it went up to 5 stars. I have 14 training walls now.

The only thing I have more than one of is the Kwik e mart
5 stars for the last month but its usually 4.5

I never had training walls a year ago, and my righteousness rating was 5.

Oh, and my villains onky get to be villainous once a week also, otherwise i keep em locked up.

It's good to have people grafetti your buildings. It goes up in a few days.

When my righteousness drops I make it a point to clear graffiti in my neighbors' towns. It usually takes about 10 clears to get my rating up from a 2 to a 5. Keep in mind you won't receive gift cards for clearing their graffiti. But the Christmas event will be over soon and you still get XP so it isn't typically a problem.

My righteousness used to drop from five to zero stars every time I leveled up. I would wait for someone to graffiti me and cleaning it would bring me back up to five. It refused to stay there until I got training walls, though. I have them surrounding Fat Tony's and then I put one behind Herman's because I liked the way it looked. So I have about 18, I think. Probably don't need that many, per se, but my rating never drops anymore.
