Kang (or Kodos?) shooting at ray gun
I've seen this as well I presume it's a bug. However it may be a way for people who didn't get Kang to get him as a character. That is pure speculation though

I don't think it's a bug, he was circling the ray gun and shooting laser beams and very clearly animated... I'm thinking those with Kang may get Kodos as well, it just hasn't been triggered yet. But that's also speculation :p
