King Winters Cave
I bought it. It's nice because it's small and fits up in my forest. The quests are kind of a pain because they take Homer and Lisa away from making whatever they are making for Santa, but still....

This is why I don't want to buy donuts for it. I hate that feeling, when I'm not happy with a purchase I made. I try to avoid that, and make sure I really want the item before I splurge (except when I bought SLH last year....don't know what I was thinking)
