No. No it didn't. She was never voiced.
Only characters voiced by the "big six" have a voice in the game. After Marcia Wallace passed, there was a flood of requests to get Edna voiced. (Those were about as successful as the requests for a portion of donut sales to be donated to cancer research.)
If this is trolling, it's in especially bad taste.
I don't think they are trolling. I actually believed she did have a single sound, HA!, but I guess it was a false memory as well.
