No. No it didn't. She was never voiced.
Only characters voiced by the "big six" have a voice in the game. After Marcia Wallace passed, there was a flood of requests to get Edna voiced. (Those were about as successful as the requests for a portion of donut sales to be donated to cancer research.)
If this is trolling, it's in especially bad taste.
I'm sure Voodoogirl is right, and it's probably just false memory. The human brain deceives us constantly.
He wouldn't be the first to think she was voiced.
