I've been saving for that for months, since it was released. I get up to about $7Mil, and they release a new level or strip of land and i have to delay it again.
I'm at $7M again, today in fact. So I'm pretty certain there's going to be a new level released any minute! Just how sadistic this game seems to be.
If you want something "quicker", there's only one way, spend real cash and buy donuts. Something I'll NEVER do. Sadists don't deserve my money.
