At the KL entrance, as soon as you finish all KL quests. Fyi, I think letting a certain character ride the toothchipper is the last one.- Thanks. I still have to finish building the the last building
- I got everything in krappyland, it crashes every time I go. It'll go through the second time. I don't even bother to visit. So bored with it
