Is there anyway I can get mt krusmore and eyeballs of death, I went on EA help and they told me to post my problem here, is there anyone that can help?

I've always wondered why they go through all that trouble to dump people here, when answering the persons very simple question would have been so much easier...
My guess is to eliminate follow up questions. Such as when will that be, how much, etc etc...
ETA: Maybe they get bonuses for getting more members on the forums...
A while back I had to co tact EA help for something and they tried dumping me here. When I infirmed them that I was a rwgular here and knew about their tlittle trick they promptly ended the chat seasion immediately. No help for me I guess... :D
