LadyBot PolyVac Task Not Showing Up
My ladybot is working fine, but I had the same problem with rockstar Maggie. Her task wasn't there in the polyvac tasks, but she had a task in her task list. Maybe it's the same for you.

Like D for Doink, when I finished Rockstar Maggie's quest line in Act I, she had the PolyVac task on her task list, however her icon did not appear on the PolyVac list with Grimey and the Alternate Homers. When Act II started, she was there all fine. I thought that might be the case for you too, and as Maggie was either assigned that 4-Hour task naturally when using the Job Centre, or wasn't assigned at the Job Centre and I had to do it manually in Act I (I can't remember which one now), it wasn't a big deal, so I didn't go looking to see if anybody else had the same issue, just assuming it was supposed to be like that.
But I'm really surprised that it's not even in her task list. I'd double check again really carefully (it's really easy to miss these things, as I know from personal experience!) and if it's still not there, try storing her, then as a last resort, uninstall/reinstall.
I've not finished her questline yet, and probably won't in time to help you, but if I do, I'll investigate what happens with me and report back! :)
