i had this bug with plopper for quite some time, but it fixed itself last week^^ just go to KL or your neighbor screen^^

I posted about this last month. It happens whenever you send Lance on his 12 hr find God task. The ONLY way to get it to complete is to use the town census. It's VERY annoying
