**update** new link https://imgur.com/gallery/8WcwdN7**update**update**So during the itchy and scratchy event I placed the new park in the upper most corner of the map next to the mountain. With my new tokens from Krusty land I did a 6 x 4 plot of lan set aside for it but wouldn’t you know it it was too small for my plans. Then I noticed that a few rows of land next to the purchase area but within the limits of what I can buy aren’t available for purchase (even if I had the tokens) the last row is available but then row 2 and 3 aren’t purchasable but then row 4 is available. I seem to be unable to load the pictures but as I figure that out does anyone understand what I’m talking about and what it means?

I wouldn't roll back - I would have them send it up, it needs FIXED, not rolled back - and Likely there will be more of this issue for more people... so they need to figure out how to fix it, not steal peoples efforts with rollbacks :/

Ea help has (twice now) suggested I uninstall then re install the program. Big help.

And now they’re telling me to ONLY fix is to roll my account back to when this wasn’t an issue. Which was the first day of the itchy and scratchy event. Like 50 days ago. So I’d lose all those characters, all those buildings, every donut I earned. Fun.

I’ve done 1-4 and nope. Not working. I’m not doing 5 as I JUST did that 6 months ago as I’m a first year player and it was getting hectic. It took 3 months to get everything back together. Not doing that again until they revamp the storage layout.

I agree with @Annathewicked. Just because one EA staffer tells you that the only way the issue can be fixed is via rollback doesn’t necessarily make it true. I’d see if you can get the issue referred to someone higher up in the EA food chain.
