- I've got my Krustyland/Theme park area in the Northward Bound land section.
- Willy9292Rising VanguardMy Christmas area is there, my Halloween spans both sides of the mountains. There is an old west zone, as well as a hotel area. I have 4 tunnels that connect both sides. There is a reality to the item limit that you are up against. If you are not using this area at all and are at the item limit then its decision time. I was there. I could have fenced yards, stop signs, hedges etc or I could use all my land. I have all areas available, most in use, and am no where near the item limit. I found I could eliminate thousands of items and not really notice the difference. Be happy with what you decide, but don't hold out hope for a 10,000 item increase in the limit. It won't happen. I took it on as a challenge to keep well below the limit and design.
Good luck. Happy Tapping - 4junk3000New SpectatorBeing the most expensive real estate in town, I “bulldozed” the entire wilderness and put Capital City at the upper most corner. Between the City and Springfield Heights Gorge are the upscale suburbs of Heavenly Hills and Cypress Creek. The Cliffs of Mt Useful overlook these suburbs, the Cypress Lake Lighthouse, and the Retirement Golf Club
Doing this allowed me to create a much larger desert area on the opposite side of the map, for my Casino Row, Flaming Guy Festival, and secret military base. I was thinking designs with fewer trees and shrubs would help me stay below the max limit. I can fit about 90 more items right now - Bulldozed the wilderness and building out the “expensive” parts of town in the north. I agree, the bridge connector between the two northern sections is odd. I’m hoping for an upgrade to the bridge is in the future.

…the bridge connector to Springfield heights…. Just doesn’t sit well with me - why would the frontier connect to the posh/upscale bit?
I made the wooden bridge part of a hiking trail between SH and the Caverns Park. My primary road bridge “washed out” in the last flood, so it’s under construction! ? - In my game, everything north of the river and west of the mountains is now OLD Springfield - as it may have been in 1880. There are no cars, no lights, no modern buildings - just horses, a buffalo ranch and a host of other older type buildings relocated to OS from Springfield. This allowed me to provide space for lots of things in Springfield and to expand the monorail system over there. OS does have a monorail so tourists can visit, but no station. They are allowed to view OS only - not debark or visit, as that takes a special permit available only at the Burns Memorial Bridge. The price for a permit = a dozen fresh donuts and for that minimal cost, tourists are allowed to watch a mock hanging every hour on the hour. On Mondays from 8AM to noon, a buffalo biscuit breakfast is served at the Native American village near the mock western town northwest of the village. Tips are encouraged. - I used the lower part of Northward to expand my Heights. With a much ampler room, I can finally create my own Italian complex surrounded by aquatic apartments.

I used to pick this idea until I found my Krustyland visitors are just standing on the other side, don't know how to visit them. So I decided to turn my Krustyland back to the main land, then put all the "themed" area to the Northward. So far I've put all the "heaven vs hell" and Halloween items, then the trash & recycling items, and finally the Airport complex. Maybe one day I'll put back the Airport when I can find somewhere more rational. - 4junk3000New SpectatorI spent a few thousand donuts to open the new land above SF Heights. I put most of the bison in storage except I made one little bison ranch in my prairie region, and I stored all the rocks except used a few to make some rocky river shores, and I used all the tree bunches to replace individual trees throughout my SF to reduce overall quantity of those. I wish I had more, both tree bundles AND land. Im already full and tightening up existing designs with every new item added.
I recommend designing tightly and efficiently as this is a long term game and you will reach all the limits if you keep playing. We all do and so surviving becomes a new game challenge lol - 4junk3000New SpectatorGGR is one of the most sought-after items in the game. There’s no way to know when it will return. God is not as important as He seemed before I had Him. Their cost may vary depending on the offer given.

Do you think the GGR is around 150 donuts or super expensive? Is the God character 777 donuts?
Whilst GGR is rather pricey unfortunately it's an absolute necessity if you want all the land as it's the only reliable way to get land token, I would recommend that you grab it at your first opportunity.
