Every new event has the land bonus to purchase premium land, but usually you only get 2 or 3 out of the 3 acts. When I first saw the land sections, the ones I could bought with just cash, I used the bonus land to buy them. I had 6 saved up, then after I figured it out, I was mad. I'm going to start hoarding them again, and only buy land near the ocean. I still have a ton of new land sections I can buy with in game cash, plus, I've moved a lot of stuff around, so I've freed up in town area's I can still use.
