Lard Lad Donut Factory 6 donuts a day for $50.00 actual cash worth it?

So, I'm debating whether or not to spend $50.00 for the LLD factory that makes 6 donuts every 24 hours. Besides finding Maggie, is there another way to get donuts without spending real money?

i think ned, homer, and bart or lisa had short tasks but not sure if permanent tasks
