LEAST favourite building

I hate it near the Post Office (which I kind of hate, since its useless; why no tasks, Post Office?).
Like Morticite, I made a fenced impound lot. I recently relocated the Lard Lad next to it, and made a path from the station to it with the impound fence. Wiggum has to keep that figure up you know!
