She knocks four hours off of growing corn each time you use her. If you look at the time left to grow at the beginning when you set the task, and then the time after, you'll see she has subtracted 4 hours of grow time (this example applies to corn - I'm not sure how much time she subtracts from other crops because I've only used her for corn so far).
