Level 38 rumors or speculations?

I'd like the fire department building and the real state lady or the female judge including the boat she lives in.

Or it could include the non christmas items speculated on tstonews to be on the files unreleased

I was using this image a while back to try and add this building into my custom content when I was working on it. I had a computer crash but I saved every minute or so I was ctrl+s spamming while working on it just to make sure nothing disappeared. The crash didn't even happen while I had Illustrator open it crashed later while web browsing and then when I reopened the file it had rolled back to just an outline. I was pretty bummed because I got pretty far in drawing the building. I never picked it back up, but think about it every now and then.

I have no idea what is coming in Level 38 or when. I am around but have been busy with the holidays. I have found about 70+ extra game codes for games I got through Humble Bundle. I have been deciding a good way to give them out I posted the list of games on my websites forums. I might come up with some contests involving my new town rendering site once I get it more complete and out of beta. Not all the games are crappy indie games either I have two extra copies of the Origin Bundle a while back and an extra copy of the THQ bundle.

I found this it is my last screenshot I have of it. I had completed the roof and the remaining windows on the front before the crash/file rollback.

Regardless I'd really like to have the courthouse and firehall to complete the area by my town hall. It would be nice also to finally get the Hal roach(? I think) apartments with Marges mom that's been sitting in the files.

Judge Roy Snyder unlock dialog found is pretty wishful thinking it hasn't been in anything that I have seen.

I've seen the image as well. So it's a good indication that the judge is coming. Would be great if it's a big update that also brings...
