Yeah, we do have him.

Maggie would be a great addition. Hell, they could use her to do an in-game version of "Who shot Mr. Burns?"

I'd like that added to the game but we would also need to be able to zoom right the way out so we could see the sun blocker otherwise our towns would just be like a big shadow :(

Having the Sun dial as a decoration would be cool to :) If you could see Burns white line on it as well that would be cool

Yea if they gave him a task with Maggie anyone who didn't get him when he first came out or even spent donuts on him might buy him if he got at least one task

Agreed I like this idea. Unfortunately they only do tie-ins for new episodes so we wouldn't see a Who Shot Mr Burns quest.

Not at all. They had Homer eat the pepper as a part of Wolfcastle's quest line, and they've done other things similar to it as well.
