Level 49 Land price clarification

Cool, so if I don't need the land, save my money to see if it becomes cheaper next time?

My main town doesn't really need the land so I'll wait. One of these days I'll make it look nicer. The feeder town is just squished.
  • 15,150,000 total for both strips

Five more months until it's earned in full

no idea. this was a first
  • Not complaining about the price drop, but it's a pity I *just* bought the prior strip of land (at full price) before they released this one.

Oh well, time to save up again.
  • The last time they added land there was an enormous price jump from past expansions, so I had a hunch they would do something like this. This kind of pricing structure is in line with how they do buildings so I think its reasonable to guess that we will see more land price drops in the future as more land is added.
  • I still had the last piece from the previous strip to get - the 150 mil plot. Nice surprise to find it cut in half. Between that and getting the Summer Home I'm down to about 750k. I'm saving everything for now for the Valentines update to make sure I'm not caught short-handed. The land can wait for now. :D
