Level Up Levels Up? Ugh......
They're only 35 levels at the moment, if you get one of the bonus level up things while waiting for level 36 you'll automatically level up when it comes out.

that's what he was referring to as well. The XP level technically should rise every time you roll over. It just so happened that it didn't for a few months, and we all got spoiled.
