Levelling confusion
I think that once you get over that initial hump it'll be 40,000 per level (until level 100, I think).

Put (15?) donuts into the 10 days of XP
Then Buy Bloodmobiles till you can't
Then Sell all those bloodmobiles
Then Profit! This should level you up quickly and/or multiple times. This is also assuming you have lots of in game cash as well.
The higher the bonus % and more in game cash you have, the faster you can level. I have about 40 million and occasionally use this trick, and level up like 30 times in like 10 minutes (can use that awesome selection tool to quickly sell all bloodmobiles with a few clicks)
