"Limited Time" items making a comeback.
I could see them being released just for the fact that Android didn't get a chance for anything before * Patrick's Day

There are some items, that for the sake of their seasonality, should be available during that time... i.e. Marge and her cauldron. But others that are related to an episode or a specific event like a milestone episode, i.e. Duff racer, should not be made available. But maybe "trade-able" like any other collector item.
