False "limit reached" on LSB Purchase

Attempted to buy the BAM bundle from the PC store - game said something about "limit reached" and "check inbox" and the bundle completely vanished from my store on PC, web client and Android app. I have never bought this bundle nor has my bank been charged for such a purchase. Since it has vanished everywhere, I still cannot buy this bundle. There is also nothing in my inbox related to this issue.

Assistance appreciated as I have heard others have had this issue too.
