Yes, I agree, it is frustrating. Clearly a sales tactic used by EA to encourage more people to buy, and it has worked I am sure. But keep in mind, Limited time does not mean it will never be released again. For example, both of the buildings this week (Waverly Elementary and Krusty's Mansion) have been released before as limited time items.

I had to pass on both of the buildings from last week, and Gil's Deal, because I only have 62 donuts currently, and only get paid once per month. So I had to wait. But I am pretty sure I will see these items as some point again in the future.
