I am not sure where you getting your price for LLRP from, but you can buy particular building as cheap as 30 donuts minimum from the Yearbook, 150 donuts max if you are not so lucky.

Those were my Yearbook prices. I'm playing 3 towns. 2 tries in the first town, 3 tries in the second, 5 in the third.

@wadebear, personally I find the game far less addictive than it used to be in the past, as I now find myself just logging in once a day to get the daily task sorted and when we have an event active usually around 3 times a day and complete them with a couple of days spare.
