I need a little tutorial

so I built a 7 unit apartment complex that I want my sim to live in and be the landlord. I have also created six other sims to be the tenants in the other units. How does this work now ? Do i have to have my sim go on another lot, purchase the apartment building, and then he will be landlord and then i can place the other 6 households through manage worlds?

    You can move the landlord into the complex and then buy it. Then yes, you can buy the complex, set the tenant agreement, and move the other 6 sims into the building as tenants.
