It's to help with the monorail update that just started, I suspect that once you have completed the 5 weeks and got all the prizes then it'll swap back to giving out money again.

I think I only need the other tunnel,. I have the monorail from the last event. I guess the game doesn't know the difference. Thanks for the info.
