same problem here man it is not you its not your devices its EA crappy development team and QA
here is a thread the EA said to post and I would suggest you do it you might get free donuts out of it.

I hear you man but you know what this is the 4th time that I've been locked out of my game and with the amount of money that I spent I want free doughnuts. This time Im going to ask for 3000 donuts for this mishap. yes the amount is absurd and I know this but frankly I'm sick and tired of losing access to my town. everytime EA decide to do it event, then they do the takedown it seems that my game gets screwed up. - Normally I can force close the app or just wait a day and I'm back to normal, I know ea sports has a bad reputation, but not ea games.. I'm just wondering if anyone has an idea of how to get in to their town when this happens
- It's weird. If you start the game over by not signing in to origin the game works. But if you log into the game with origin the game does not work. Also, not working on either Android or iDevices
- I've had my case escalated 3 times to a higher specialist lol... And nothing yet, I jus want my town back! Hopefully the next email from them is a solution instead of another apology

Seems like you're getting further than me though. I had one standard email from them telling me about all the troubleshooting I could do, even though my initial email told them I had tried all of those already! Getting very very tired of this now.- Yeah I've live chatted with em several times, had em call me a few times.. Some of them genuinely tried to help and nothing worked, so they have sent my case to the actual developers, which should take a couple days to hear from them.. Jus keep bugging them and maybe it'll only be a week or 2, I really don't care as long as I don't miss any limited time content
