Couldn't log in or change password yesterday in one town and can't log into main town today - sigh :/

At first, they ask me to reset pw. Tried 3 times correctly, still can't login.

Tried a few hours later, but can't connect to EA login page.

Tried again a few hours later, now the Bart offline screen pop out.

The situation is getting from bad to worse! :(

Are you using cell data when you log in on your iPhone?

Everything but home wifi is turned off on all phones/tablets when I'm sat in my living room.

I was able to get in using cellphone data only. As soon as I turned off wifi, I was able to log in!
I still cannot get in on any platform using wifi.

I don’t believe that this issue ever had anything to do with cell versus wifi connectivity. I was able to log in late last night (after a period of time when I was disconnected) using a wifi-only device.

i think it was just that some servers were working and some werent, so a chance your cell server was and wifi not.

I am confused now. I did not read the forum yesterday and I wasn't aware of this issue until now. I played normally and collected currency at 5 p.m., 9:30 p.m. and about 2 a.m (GMT-4) and I also had a free time where I could visit neighbors during the overnight. I had a few Bart screens during the visits, but they were due to the weak wifi connection I was having, but nothing to worry about actually.

Glad I could play normally and hope everybody is able to log in and play with no issues by now. :)
