Maybe I'm wrong, but I would think that LPN and our Mods are volunteering there time and dont get $ paid $ for the countless hours they dedicate to this forum to help everyone who visits. Although I do not care about reading spoilers, and would expect them if I visited a forum regarding discussing the game, I can see why some visitors wouldn't want to see this information.
My thought would be, similar to how the weekly rail yard thread was "solved", by LPN creating a single announcement thread with possible spoilers.
Topic could read:
"Spoilers and Speculation - Last Update 03.17.17
Hi, on the old forum it was done pretty much that way with all the information about everything in the event in one place, unfortunately this new forum has a limit on the amount of text you can put in each post so he has no choice but to make multiple posts each covering a specific part then he usually makes a single post with a list of links to each thread that tends to get stickied to the top of the forum.
