Maggie!
You know what's funny? In one of my towns i hadnt started act 3 but... maggie still triggered the act maggie questline two days ago!

- I've been there! Now I go through the process of finding out how much time is left on the Maggie game, finding her in town hall, putting her on for that length of time, then group assigning everyone else.
That, or I just put everyone on for however much time she has.
But yeah, totally been there! - Oh yeah......I'm so proud of myself, remembering the job manager, send everyone out for x hours, only to realize I've forgotten Maggie, or the monorail, or the current quest. D'oh!
