The statue would match the Buddhist temple very well, I think, so it's kind of a shame that it's labeled explicitly Hindu. The two have a lot of symbolism in common, but Shiva is definitely the name of a Hindu deity.
And it's the second golden statue we've gotten that doesn't work at the temple because it's a Hindu symbol. We need a Hindu temple for Apu's family and the statues.
I can't afford Manjula right now. Shame, it's a nice combo, I like the building.
