When you open your inventory, do not select "decorations" - just start at the main screen and start paging over. The pieces are separated for some reason. And the gazebos etc were like 3/4 through over by mall-o-rail station pieces and manhole stations. Not sure why. The pond/statute was like 1/4 but the others were further in.

Yes, I checked yesterday through my entire inventory and didn't see anything. But I opened my game today and there they were in my inventory. I wonder if there was a glitch or if I didn't look carefully enough. Either way I'm glad I found all the pieces. I'm eager to decorate my Springfield Heights :) Thanks for your reply!
