Marketing Agency building has disappeared

Once again, poor service, when will these guys ever get the hint that they seriously need to step up there game? There service is a joke, I wouldn't even bother posting the issue in the issues thread. I was told personally to do that aswell by ea and when we had all the forum issues last week, they weren't even aware of the hundreds of complaints made on the forum. I even asked them "does ea check the forum consistantly" and they dodged the question, I asked them that 3 times and it's if they didn't hear me. Maybe there is a way we can get a department of fair trading to contact them?
