Honestly, If the movies were better, I probably wouldn't even need to read the comics. The X-men comics are brilliant, and ever since Marvel NOW started, they've been better than ever. Compared to the comics, the movies characters are completely neutered.
The Batman movies are so good, that I get enough of my Batman fix. I don't need to waste money on Batman comics.
