I'd say you might wanna have a new high powered device otherwise that type of cap won't matter as you wouldn't be able to even send all of you're citizens on visual tasks plus having a fully detailed town.
No way for example could my old iPad 4 do that. Lol I'm glad I finally was able to upgrade. :)
