Maxed Out On Friend Points
i think keeps letting you collect. but no new prizes at the moment. but you could get donuts by tapping friends.. :)

Seems to be working - sort of. Still shows me as Max level and doesn't show my total on the Friends' page, but when I clean graffiti in my SF, it does show that my total has gone up. Looks like it's keeping track of the FPs OK, just not updating them everywhere.
Edit: Just came to a horrible realization - NO MORE FREE DONUTS!!!!
Once you get the prize the donuts will be back.
They will probably show tomorrow or something idk but the lighthouse is the prize for Level 6.
