Mayan Marge is completely broken if you are just now buying her.

The quest won't trigger, so three of her tasks (including both visual ones) are locked. I'm also pretty sure that one of her visual tasks requires the Mayan Homer skin. I was hoping that might unlock ...

You should only have one in storage when you start. It doesn't stop you from placing the next one, just like when you purchase items from the store by placing them. There's no donut or dollar price assigned to them so they are just free.
