For Rent: Broken Bartenders?

Question

I keep going to bars in my worlds but no bartenders show up anymore. I am not sure if it happened after the patch or if it is a problem with the For Rent pack. Is anyone else having this problem?
(Not sure where to post this so I am hoping this the right place).

This was caused by the patch. The fix to an issue with opting out of fame caused it, somehow.

Thanks for the response, Mightysprite.  I will try activating Fame (which I currently had turned off) and see what happens.

Thanks for this. When no NPC's turned up when I built my new Thai restaurant I was ready to throw the game in. Dine Out is the pack I use most and this seemed just another bug. I never would have thought it related to the Fame option.
