Mayan Marge is completely broken if you are just now buying her.

The quest won't trigger, so three of her tasks (including both visual ones) are locked. I'm also pretty sure that one of her visual tasks requires the Mayan Homer skin. I was hoping that might unlock ...

That is awesome.

I wish they would bring back the destroyed Brown House. I was still pretty new during that event and didn't have the spare cash for more than a couple.
